Provisional Degree & Migration Certificate

Congratulations to all my friends for becoming graduates. It has been a very long and a wonderful journey with you all. I hope everyone is happy wherever they are now. 

Guys, you can now get your Provisional Degree and Migration Certificate from Uttarakhand Technical University office, Dehradun. All you need is this:
1. Xerox copy of final year mark-sheet. (if you didn't have, then get it from college)
2. Xerox copy of 10th pass certificate. (required for getting Migration Certificate)
3 An application in the name of Examination Controller, UTU stating that you have completed your graduation with no active backlogs and need your provisional degree and migration.
4. Payment slip of Rs. 100 (50 for each copy), you will get 2 slip from the university office after payment.(try to do it before 3 pm)
5. Submit the xerox and application to the office and keep 1 slip with you as an acknowledgement.
6. Then collect your provisional degree and Migration from the same university office in 3 days.

* Original documents not required, you can show only xerox for verification
* Physical presence is not compulsory , you can also give documents to your friend.

    Are they demand for all years mark sheets (original or Xerox) for verification ? I lost my 3rd year mark sheet , but I have final year mark sheet.

      No dear, u dnt need all years marksheet to get ur provisional degree. All u need is ur Xth certificate xerox nd 4th yr marksheet xerox (its already mentioned above). Neverthless u get ur 3rd yr marksheet duplicate copy frm university as soon as possible bcoz its required in every job.

      No. You have to reach to university premise in person.Check out with your college , they will guide to with the same.

      Hi Bhuvan, yes you can give xerox docs to your friend and he can receive degree and migration on your behalf. (Its mentioned in the original post)

    Sir,can update mark on marksheet of carry over paper. From university myself bcoz clz is not taking serious about marksheet nd i have very urgent to update my marksheet. Please reply soon

    The seal of university on my 3rd year marksheet is not very clear, I want a new mark sheet or a new seal on the old mark sheet, what is the procedure for that ? Please tell
